In this workshop we will introduce the principles and ideas of working with dynamic relaxation and expression, movement, and contact in bodywork psychotherapy, to support people to realise their own wellbeing and self-healing, and to serve as an introduction to the 4 year professional training in Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy.

Date: Saturday 10 August 2024.

Time: 10am to 5pm.

Venue: Tracht Psychotherapy Foundation, Town Park House, Town Park Centre, Tuam Road, Galway City.
